Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we provide a detailed superbill that patients may submit to their insurance carrier for potential reimbursement based on their individual out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan and are determined solely by your insurance provider. We are unable to guarantee coverage or reimbursement.

Shockwave Therapy and EMTT are advanced regenerative technologies that are not typically covered by insurance plans. These services are optional add-ons and are billed separately from physical therapy services.
